PEACE MANIFESTO BULLETIN OF JUNE 1, 2026

PLEASE ATTEND THE WEBINAR TO CELEBRATE OUR FIRST ANNIVERSARY

Join the global movement for a culture of peace on June 6 at the Webinar: The Peace Manifesto, a year of inspiring collective action.

Twenty-five years ago, UNESCO planted a historic seed with the Manifesto 2000, inspiring more than 75 million people worldwide to actively commit to nonviolence. Today, in the face of increasingly complex global crises—from armed conflicts and militarization to the climate emergency and inequality—the Peace Manifesto is renewed with greater force than ever. This live webinar is the ultimate gathering to reflect on a year of shared achievements and revitalize the collective action that our planet so desperately needs. Now is the time to unite our voices and demonstrate that building a just and peaceful future is a shared responsibility that begins today.

This movement is not the effort of a few, but the result of a vibrant global collaboration among educators, activists, and civil society organizations, proudly supported by international partners such as the International Peace Bureau and World BEYOND War. Through this discussion, we will explore key tools based on human rights, sustainable development, gender equality, and intercultural dialogue to transform our realities. Don’t miss out on this great global conversation: your presence and inspiration are the driving force to generate real change and leave a legacy of peace for future generations. Sign up now and be part of the collective action!

MANIFESTO ORGANIZATION PARTNERS

As you can see on the bottom of our website at https://activatingpeace.org we have 32 organization partners from around the world.

The only requirement to be a partner is to actively work for a culture of peace. Of course, we would like our partners to help us develop Activating Teams, but it is not required.

We do not encourage sects.

If your organization takes the decision to join us, please fill out the following google form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1ZDoY35ufNAVVowMYEUOhTz6CePMvbEil7RCK4b97l28

If you cannot use a gmail address to fill out the partnership form, please contact us at info@activatingpeace.org

Peace becomes powerful when people actively practice and share its ideals.

HOW IT WORKS

We urge every citizen, residing anywhere and everywhere in the world to believe in our Manifesto’s message, ‘I am sick and tired of the Culture of War, so I give my support to the Culture of Peace and I will keep supporting the word on social media until we win.’ and share it through their social media, until the Manifesto becomes viral to support a Global Movement for the Culture of Peace.

° Individuals share our message from various social media that can be found on our website: https://activatingpeace.org/

° The website and messages are available in 14 major languages

° We have approaches customized for Anti-War Activists and Educators.

° Activating Teams are being created across the world to help organize, engage and localize the message. They can work in any language.

° Please help us form more Activating Teams. It is simple. They need at least two members, and they need to commit at least two hours a month to posting and reposting the Manifesto.
